materials: foam, fiberglass, and epoxy. These techniques are sticky and

NOTAM
At the September General Meeting, Doug presented his proposal for reorganizing
Flying Aces. This is motivated by the large change in membership over the last
two years, and the perception that the members still want to continue in some
capacity. A motion was passed to publish the ideas of the proposal, preparatory
to a change of club by-laws to be voted on in November. Please contact Doug,
John Gould, or Christoph if you any comments or ideas.
- Instead of $20/month, the membership fee will be $20/year.
- Instead of 12, there will be 6 meetings per year, on the 8th of even months only, including August Picnic and December Party.
- Meeting tickets, flight subsidies, etc. will be ended.
- Instead of paper mailing, the newsletter will be published by Email.
- Doug will retire from his job as paid Club Manager, take his contract severance, and then continue on an unpaid volunteer basis.
- Instead of SJC Jet Center, meetings will be held at Squadron2 RHV.
- Board Meetings will be held immediately before the general Meetings.
